Job Purpose
This position is to support Head of Marketing COE to drive Novartis IM China marketing capability enhancement.
JTBD
• Play as business partner for Marketing OCE with several TAs.
• Closely work with rest of ACE team to explore new marketing operating model to offer best customer journey with omni-channel engagement
• Under the guidance from Head of Marketing COE, complete some of following tasks and projects
• Define marketing capability model towards future, and design assessment tools by closely working with TA, P&O and potentially vendors
• Design overall marketing training program to cover various of necessary skills (especially OCE planning and execution), leverage internal and external resource to deliver high quality of training, sharing and coaching sessions.
• Conduct marketing trainee program design, upgrade, talent recruiting, rotation and assessment by closely working with P&O T&T team
• Facilitate annual brand plan and bi-annual POA planning and review process, including but not limited to template design, brand selection, coaching session arrangement, review session arrangement, file archive, etc.
• Support cross TA theme design and relevant work for cycle meeting
• Design marketing annual meeting for best learning and sharing

Role Requirements
Experience:
• 6+ year work experience in healthcare industry with marketing experience.
• 3+ year experience in marketing brand plan and POA. Solid marketing capabilities
• Experience in marketing training program design and implementation is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Great in logic thinking and story telling; strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills
