About the Role

Now we are looking for Senior Coordinator

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deals with complex administrative tasks, and organizational assignments independently (such is dealing with departmental leader travel arrangements, support leaders’ calendar where agreed, deadline coordination for the department)
• Coordinating & managing department sales and marketing activities (such is coordinating information/ data report, budget approvals on activities, contract, and project management, working with closing documents and payments).
• Independent administrative and organizational assignments including creation and follow up on preparing meetings & presentations, scheduling internal events planning.
• Proactively support preparation of team meeting, agenda, and follow-up on key action items.
• Support onboarding process of department associates, set-up trainings on the processes and helping in getting all necessary stationery and equipment.
• Point of contact for cross functional administrative activities. Supports the team and associates on services that are specific to the department.
• Participate in department projects. Coordinating & managing and interpreting specific information (e.g. requesting, tracking, verifying, reconciling functional update and information)

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator
Detail oriented and speed of execution
Ease of working with multiple software (Power Point, Words and Excel )
Sense of organization and autonomy, priority management, multi-tasking, and flexibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Project management skills
