About the Role:
A Change Manager you will initially focus on supporting Novartis' transformation by driving implementation plans for our Global Data Management Program. Your focus will be on driving a consistent standard of data management across the organization and building a culture of good data citizenship. You will be responsible for various types of changes across multiple Novartis business units.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• You will be responsible for various types of changes across multiple Novartis business units.
• You will need to develop strategies and plans to ensure fast adoption and high utilization of new data management tools and ways of working, considering compatibility with existing workflows.
• Deliver outcomes aligned with data project plans, ensuring perceived usefulness of the data tools
• Collaborate with functional data change leads and the global OD team, encouraging a social environment conducive to data adoption
• Leading the OCM work stream, including Communications and Training team
• Mentor senior leaders on their roles as data change sponsors
• Support country change leads and people managers handling data transitions
• Assist data project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, considering data adoption by trading partners of an organization
• Analyze and implement strategies to overcome resistance to data change, encouraging a broad ecosystem of partners
• Evaluate the cost and budgetary impact of data change management.

Essential Requirements:
• You should have extensive experience in organizational change management program design and implementation related to large scale, multi-site data solutions.
• You should be able to build trust, engage, and inspire data change among senior customers.
• You should be an inspirational communicator, a phenomenal listener, well organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You should have a demonstrable track record of promoting early adoption of new technologies.
• Graduate or post graduate degree or equivalent experience


You’ll receive:
