About the Role

Location: Hybrid. CDMX

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and operational effectiveness for further acquisitions, with impact on Americas countries, to guarantee an adequate transition process within Novartis standards in the NOCC MX.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Works collaboratively with cross functional teams to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Ensure strengthening implementation, coordination and execution for further acquisitions.
• Provides leadership and support to all the areas involved in each transition to guarantee an adequate transition process in compliance with Novartis standards.
• Leads teams to define deliverables and monitors time management.
• Orchestrates silos into an end-to-end solution enabling us to stitch together the teams into one cohesive CoE support, sustainable growth of the centralization services with new strategies, leverage existing capabilities, and in close collaboration with the US and NOCC MX stakeholders.
• Establishes effective governance and reporting mechanisms to identify opportunities to improve and streamline CoE, in line with industry best practices.
• Implement and maintain procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of processes applicable in the NOCC MX.
• Proactively suggest process improvements and automation opportunities
• Provide timely assistance to all NOCC MX, Canada & US stakeholders

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree – Preferably Finance/Accounting or Business Administration and PMO experience
• Experience in Accounting/Finance: +8 years
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Experience of working within the compliance and regulatory environment, particularly the impact in the Pharmaceutical industry collaborating across boundaries.
• Project Management.
• Strong leadership, presentation, ability to manage matrix teams across different regions globally
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience with SAP, or comparable systems, preferred.
