About the Role
製造部門の間接業務を主導する。製造作業のサポート、新製品導入、変更対応、品質問題対応、カイゼン活動、当局の査察対応など
主な役割責任
• 製造工程内で生産する全てのプロセス固有の問題に対して最前線の専門サポートを提供すること。
• 品質と生産性を継続的に改善すること。
• cGMP、SOPs、適用可能なガイドラインと規範に従って行動すること。
• 日本の法的要件のみならず、Novartisが求めるGMP/HSE スタンダードを関係部署と協働しながらプロセスユニット部全従業員へ展開することにより、高品質製品の安定供給と業績目標達成に貢献すること。

必須要件:
• 学歴は不問
• 製造業の製造現場で3年以上の業務経験（分野は問わない）
• 科学的に物事を考える事が出来る人。
• 幅広い世代とのコミュニケーションがとれる人。
• 日本語が流暢であること。英語にアレルギーがないこと。
望ましい要件:
• 医薬品製造プロセス、製造機器に関する知識
• 薬機法、GMP等の規制に関する知識
