Summary
About the Role
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to
• Analytics Platform Development/Deployment/Support & Implement Novartis-wide strategy and system architecture for AWS platform for MLOps
• Provide excellent subject matter expertise on AI/ML Platform services, DevOps and develops an environment, which fosters innovation
• Act as trusted advisor driving decisions, priorities and relevant project information aligning with appropriate levels of staff regarding business needs, projects and initiatives
• Manage, coaches and oversees external resources in line with their targets, roles and responsibilities and the Novartis values & behaviors.
Minimum Requirements
• Engineering or computer science degree with 8+ years’ experience in some of the services like Machine Learning, AWS Devops, Python, Databricks, etc.
• Solid Experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies to develop and maintain an Azure based AI/ML solution, with an emphasis on standard process cloud security
• Experience with DevOps Orchestration/Configuration/Continuous Integration Management technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Container registry, linux (bash scripting)
• Familiarity with security and compliance tools like CheckMarx, Aquasec
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a global environment a must.
• Has an open and learning attitude. Adapts to new learning approaches and methods.
• Work as part of Agile development team, fully participating in Scrum ceremonies and development processes.
• Follow prescribed data security measures and carry out all work with a security first mindset.
