About the Role

About the role:
Acts as a catalyst for Agile adoption and continuous improvement, providing guidance, support, and resources to help teams and the organization as a whole embrace Agile methodologies and achieve their objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
•Agile Transformation: Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization, including coaching teams, management, and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and practices.
•Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in Agile practices and processes, and collaborate with teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
•Training: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to help teams understand and adopt Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.
•Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and maturity of Agile practices. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
•Knowledge Sharing and Community Building: Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among Agile teams through the development and maintenance of Agile playbooks, best practices, and other resources. Facilitate communities of practice and organize forums for sharing experiences and lessons learned.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, address concerns, and align Agile practices with business goals and objectives.
•Agile Governance: Define and enforce Agile governance frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across projects and teams.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
•Education: University degree in relevant subject, MBA preferred
•Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably at non-IT field is preferred. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and practices
•Experience driving Agile transformations and process improvements. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
•Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software. Working at pharmaceutical industries as an employee or a consultant is preferred.
•Language :Japanese native, English Business level
