About the Role
Location: Hyderabad
Manage operations of SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud platform and applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting defined service levels.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of a dedicated applications and tools and ensure its stability, integrity, and business continuity.Ensure that incidents are followed up and solved appropriately.
• Coordinate crisis management with relevant stakeholders.Oversee problem management and drive identification of root causes as well as sufficient prevention of recurrences.
• Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures to maintain application and system integrity. Ensure proper user and access management.
• Identify potential improvement areas for the owned systems/applications and connected services.Maintain and ensure all application data is consistent across the various repositories.
• Coordinate in maintain the application process performance and address any bottlenecks.
• Coordinate fulfilment of service requests and conduct monitoring, tracking and reporting.Responsible for capacity and life cycle management of the applications and tools.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Operations Expert service scope.Ensure security compliance requirements implementation and adherence.
• Collaborate in multi-functional teams to evaluate business activities, and then develop innovative and effective approaches to tackle analytics problems and communicate results and methodologies.

Role Requirements
• >8 years of relevant IT experience
• Technical and operational expertise with IT technologies like: SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC (Classic and embedded), SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Fundamental ITIL knowledge.
• Good experience in SaaS Cloud Application Management
• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical domains
• SAP certifications / trainings in specified module(s)/process areas
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
