About the Role
Location: Hyderabad
Manage end to end operations of Integration Systems, BODS and ETL (Informatica) with operational and technical expertise
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage Integration platform operations with standardized services, processes, and tools to provide high availability. Drive Actionable periodic Supplier Governance calls ensuring they deliver quality services, meeting all KPIs and SLAs. Drives improved performance management, standard lifecycle management leading to reduced cycle times , improved application portfolio rationalization and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Platform, Compliance, Application, enabling teams and ensure systems are stable, compliant, secure and fit for purpose. Contribute to the roadmap creation and evolution of the tools / systems in scope. Identify and run the CSI initiatives and Organize periodic Community of Practice sessions to bring awareness and collect / improve on feedback about systems
• Be proactive in identifying potential issues and address with relevant teams. Evaluate and Strengthen the monitoring/ communication to the relevant stakeholders. Highlight risk in timely manner and ensure mitigation in place. Ability to convert data into Insights & Expert and Responsibility for complex Platform Architecture, operations and Governance of Technology Platforms. Effectively engage with the chosen SI Partner(s) and collaboratively strive to deliver business value
• Drives Application Management, upgrade projects for BODS and ETL. Ensure high availability and reliability of Enterprise Integration platforms and updated architecture , operational handbooks. Work closely and collaboratively with the Integration delivery, Program delivery and Integration architecture teams and effectively manage change management to with zero disruptions during critical financial reporting periods such as month end , quarter end and year end.
• Adhere Novartis GxP processes to maintain the respective platforms during development & deployment Deriving evaluation or PoC of the new releases and leading the upgrade of platform to support new capabilities or keeping secure from vulnerabilities
• Managing external vendors for operations & support of the platforms, with end to end accountability to lead/drive issue fixes with different customers till the resolution , root cause analysis and CAPA actions are done. Proactively performing platform sizing for its regular growth and supporting future business needs
• Demonstrable ability to drive teams for highly effective delivery using multi - source staffing models including internal and external partners to optimize success of overall outcomes
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and solid understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships Experience of agile , design thinking and DevOps methodology is a plus. Knowledge and experience of GxP , CSV and IGM standards Able to ensure integration among project team members and other Business and IT team members Fluency with English (Speaking & Writing)

• >8 years of experience in the Integration platform engineering and operations area
• Expertise in Integration Technologies, BODS and ETL (Informatica)
• Good understanding of AWS cloud integration landscape, network and security concepts knowledge of AWS cloud environment.
• Experience with AGILE and DevOps methodology
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and good understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
• Fundamental ITIL knowledge.
