We are seeking a Engineer Multidiscipline II (m/f/d) in Mengeš. Together with your colleagues you ensure that the requirements for ensuring the smooth operation of diverse high-tech equipment used in the production and optimization of biological drug processes are met. Your role includes initiating, coordinating and implementing all necessary activities to achieve these activities. You will also have the role of a procurement manager for maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• SAP MM key user.
• MROM (Maintenance Repair Operational Management): managing maintenance materials, material specifications, and opening of part numbers.
• Classification of spare parts, assessment of criticality, and determination of min./max. stock levels.
• Obtaining quotations for maintenance spare parts, creating purchase order requests, tracking orders and communicating with suppliers.
• Import-related activities, supporting the warehouse in complex receipts, and conducting inventory.
• Equipment maintenance: ensuring availability of spare parts, regular maintenance and inspection of equipment in production to ensure smooth production processes, prevent failures, and ensure long equipment life in accordance with quality standards.
• Projects and reconstructions: actively collaborating with planning and project implementation departments for managing new spare parts and compliance with legislation.
• Documentation: managing documentation, changes, and deviations in accordance with GMP standards.
• Collaboration in internal and external quality assurance audits and advocating MROM activities.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
• A university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar technical degree (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in SAP MM environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a production environment, experience in chemistry/food or pharmaceutical production is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and proficient in local language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, adaptability, and teamwork.


Desirable Requirements:
• Familiarity with and adherence to pharmaceutical (GMP) or other industrial standards.
