The P&O Systems & Integration Lead is responsible for building and deploying P&O Systems integration Landscape ensuring smooth and accurate data transfer across (focused on customer experience).


This role will provide leadership and works with IT to ensure customer centric integration of systems and subsystem designs to improve overall service level efficiency and take up of self-service functionality. Subsystems include ServiceNow, HR Core (SAP HR) SHAPEiN, Kenexa, Visier and Cornerstone on Demand.


This Role will also lead the retirement/sunsetting and archiving of SHAPEiN and HR Core solutions in alignment with the HCM (Human Capital Management) Program timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Work closely with P&O and other functions customers, include industry standard processes to design technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options and integrations.
• Establish project management subject area and governance processes to support initiatives end to end from project planning through testing to delivery to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and ongoing maintenance of Workday and integrations.
• Work with technical resources to maintain all platforms (HR Core and SHAPEiN) health and look for continuous improvement options, as well as assist with troubleshooting/resolution of raised product issues.
• Engage across Process Owners and P&O (People & Organization) relevant functions and identify challenges & gaps with impact on services, quality and cost (e.g. High Cost, Long Lead Time, Service Issues, Customer Happiness
• Identify process uniqueness & interdependencies, develop standard methodologies and drive consistent adoption.
• Build and maintain product and release requirements backlog.
• Balance priorities between strategic new development against ongoing production support.
• Lead the Systems & Integration support team, ensuring day to day system support is effective and supports the organization in accordance with agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with Business and functional leadership.
• Align business priorities and make trade-off decisions across multiple collaborator concerns.
• Provide final sign-off for projects. Serve as a customer concern resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues.

Key Requirements:

• Validated experience as a system Owner
• SaaS Business experience with an in depth understanding of business processes including understanding of E2E Workday integration points.
• Ability to facilitate sophisticated discussions.
• Project Management experience with focus on design, facilitating development, testing and delivery.
• Ability and/or experience to work independently as well as in a team environment through collaboration and consultation skills while working with individuals from all backgrounds and organizational levels and across functional areas.
