About the Role

About the role:
Guide and mentor enterprise level in the principles and practices of Agile, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of customer obsessed engagement

Your key responsibilities:
•Coach and develop organization to drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across functions
•Coach and develop organization to be able to Drive agile methodologies and frameworks, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement; Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives to implement effective agile practices and identify areas for improvement; Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align goals, priorities, and backlogs with business objectives; Guide agile project management, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task estimation; Provide training, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance the agile capabilities of teams and individuals, ensuring consistent understanding and application of agile methodologies; Measure and track the progress and effectiveness of agile initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•Act as change agent promoting agile values and principles throughout the organization, and helping teams embrace a growth mindset

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:
•Education: Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach) are highly desirable.
•Experience/Professional requirement:Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role
•In-depth knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks and methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
•Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•Experience in organizational transformation and change management initiatives is a plus. Fluent in English (business level)and Japanese (native)
