About the Role
RLT製品に関するSCM業務及び倉庫オペレーション
• サプライチェーンオペレーショングループGMのもと以下の業務を遂行する
• スイス本社及び関連製造サイト、外部業者を含む物流拠点等と連携した、国内への製品の輸入調整、管理
• 製品、原材料及び資材の発注、受入・在庫管理及びその出庫並びに出荷業務
• 篠山工場並びに3rd Partyの具体的な補給・物流計画を立案・実行及び管理することによる製品安定供給の実現
• Global TechOpsの中期戦略に基づいた在庫目標（篠山工場及びビジネス）達成のため、製造部門での生産計画が効率的に実施できるようにリードする
• 製造部門において立案された生産計画を、販売計画の面からも確認し、スムーズな生産計画立案・確定及びその実行ができるように、SCM関連部署と協働しながら業務を推進
• 資材変更計画について、S&OPプロセスの実行を通してマーケット側との確認を十分に行い、生産本部の中においてその展開をリードする
• グループ会社、本社関係部門とのコミュニケーションを確立、維持することにより、各製造チームへの情報の展開を速やかに行う
• 個人の能力を高める事で組織のコアスキル向上に寄与する

必須要件
• サプライチェーンの経験を５年以上お持ちであること
• 輸出入を含む、国際輸送管理の経験
• イレギュラーな事情に対して臨機応変に対応できること
• 学歴不問
• 日本語力 (母国語レベル)
• 英語力 (ビジネスレベル)
望ましい要件
• GMP、GDPなど、GxPに関する知識及び経験
• 放射線医薬品またはバイオ医薬品等のスペシャリティ医薬品のSCM経験
• Curious、Inspired、Un-bossedの企業文化を理解し、リーダーと社員が期待されることを認識しつつ、自ら進んで企業文化を推進できる方
• 自分が分からない範囲であったとしても、学んで自ら対応しようとする自主性の高い方
