DDIT IM Germany & Region Europe Team is looking for a Patients Services Associate Director. This role involves defining and executing a dynamic roadmap, ensuring that Global Solutions align with the needs of European Markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in measuring Patients Services Products Adoption and defining and maintaining a rigorous regional Governance.
This position will collaborate as well with Global Patients & Advance Therapies Product Teams to ensure a seamless global perspective and support needed regional Stakeholder management.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
• Ensure on-time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function/service area.
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc with right stakeholder representation.
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible function/service area.
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
• Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.

Role Requirements
• Solid Experience in IT/Technical Product Management within an Enterprise level organization
• Experience with CRM / Salesforce
• Proficiency in English (oral & written)
• Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
• Strong cross functional leadership, Process management, Strategy Development, Operations Management and Execution Project Management
Nice to have:
• Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry or similar industries.
• Languages: German
• Experience on Web, Consent Management, Digital Content Management Solutions
• Technical Background
