Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage the delivery of global, strategic programs or co-lead in smaller scale projects in a variety of areas within Novartis (e.g: biomedical research, drug development, manufacturing, commercial divisions)
• Program objectives and challenges to be solved can range from target operating model, operational excellence, strategy, M&A, data & digital, program management, change management to implementation of enterprise tools
• Facilitate regular management updates and workshops, manage all stakeholder relationships, identify issues, potential resolutions, and recommendations to global, mid-level leadership positions
• Take initiative to support and drive effective collaboration among teams involved in the delivery of an engagement or solution
• Take a proactive role on continuous improvement and innovation of internal services (e.g. critical initiatives, team learning and culture, capability groups, business units, methodology development)

Role Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• 1-4 years of experience with project delivery ideally in any of these areas: Management consulting, Post-merger integration, Pharma / Biosciences, Technology, Financial Services or Manufacturing industries
• Successful track record in solving business problems in at least one of these areas: Operating Model design, Operational Excellence, Strategy, Program / Project Management, IT implementation, Change Management, M&A, Data & Digital
• Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle including planning and all elements of project execution
• Proven ability to operate within a multi-functional, business change environment & a good track record in the application of consulting tools and solutions in solving business problems
• Demonstrated track record of being a team player (‘Team Before Self’) or contributions to team learning and culture
• Proven knowledge or certifications in any of the following areas: Agile, Design Thinking, Project Management, Organizational Design, Lean Six Sigma, Change management, Coaching, Process Design Improvement
• Proficient English – Due to the international environment, the business language of Novartis and the consulting practice is English (a second European language is advantageous); Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
Desirable requirements:
• Master’s degree in business, scientific or technical area
• Experience working in an international environment or abroad
You’ll receive:
Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 week above the Labour Law requirement) ; 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due to sickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus CZ in the amount of 12,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 90 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company); Public Transportation allowance; MultiSport Card.
