As a Solution Architect for Corporate Functions, you will contribute to solving complex problems by designing or modifying architectures for our Corporate Functions department.

An efficient and effective technology landscape is essential to support our business processes within Corporate Functions. With a diverse customer group spanning from Communications & Engagement to Legal, the role will involve assessing, implementing, and integrating a mixture of enterprise standard solutions and niche applications addressing specific business capabilities.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Define the architecture of solutions elaborated in a program or a project leveraging existing architecture patterns.
• Detail the solution architecture for a specific solution based on architecture-significant requirements and company-wide architecture standards.
• Elaborate and describe the solution architecture holistically, considering all relevant viewpoints (e.g., business architecture, data architecture , technical architecture, etc.).
• Leverage architecture standards, architecture patterns, reference architectures, and other referential means to elaborate the most adequate solution meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understand and translate enterprise needs into implementable technology solutions to enable long-term success.
• Validate solution architectures regarding their adequacy and adherence to architecture standards throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of architectural standards, and the direction and design of architecture for Corporate Functions.
• Managing complexities of multiple solution components across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Maintain and evolve architecture tools and platforms, principles, policies, and standards.
• Driving successful implementation of solutions, based on agreed solution architecture design.

Role Requirements

What you’ill bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline; an advanced degree and related accreditations is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, including designing IT solutions to business problems.
• Skilled in multiple technology areas and multiple business focus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful relationships with senior leaders IT or non-IT backgrounds and ability to successfully manage projects involving multi-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in architecture both cloud based and on prem solutions.
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Experience as a business analyst and software implementation, application integration and /or Project Management

Other skills required:

• Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in working in cross functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders
• Good skills in strategic thinking, influencing, attention to detail and organization.
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to engage on large geographically or functionally dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
• Working under tight timelines without compromising quality.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong can-do attitude and results focused.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working in an IT Environment supporting Legal, Ethics, Risk and Compliance functions in a large enterprise.
• Certifications such in CEAP, TOGAF, ITIL, ARCHIMATE are a plus.
