As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in embedding security, automation, and operational excellence across the software development lifecycle. Working with cloud, engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity teams, you will shape scalable DevSecOps practices, modernize delivery pipelines, and enable secure AI, data, and application platforms that power the future of digital transformation. About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across cloud, application, data, and AI platforms.
- Embed security controls throughout development, testing, deployment, and production operations.
- Integrate code quality, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into automated delivery pipelines.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions for consistent, repeatable, and auditable environments.
- Build and support containerized deployments using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Enable secure cloud architectures across compute, networking, identity, monitoring, and storage services.
- Drive vulnerability management through identification, prioritization, remediation, and continuous risk reduction.
- Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting across applications, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Establish secure release management practices, deployment governance, and operational resilience standards.
- Mentor engineering teams on DevSecOps, cloud security, automation, and secure software delivery practices.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Application Security.
- Strong experience designing and managing enterprise-scale Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
- Hands-on expertise implementing security controls including code analysis, dependency scanning, container security, and compliance validation.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Kubernetes, and deployment automation.
- Strong scripting, automation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills in complex enterprise environments.
