About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the performance of the therapeutic area to exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets
- Drive strategic growth plans and lifecycle management for current and future product portfolios
- Oversee seamless cross-functional execution of pre-launch, launch, and growth brand strategies
- Optimize sales force effectiveness and develop innovative commercial models for evolving markets
- Translate global strategies into impactful local brand and launch plans
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Access
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, payors, and medical institutions
- Ensure financial accountability, compliance, and operational excellence across all TA activities
Essential Requirements
- University degree in science, business, or policy; MBA or doctoral degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, including regional and local leadership
- Proven success in launching products and driving commercial performance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and make strategic portfolio decisions
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in complex environments
