About the Role:
The Site ITOT AI Champion will own and drive the site AI / Agentic roadmap and be responsible to drive the adoption of Agentic and AI capabilities across site and global TechOps processes by building AI fluency, delivering scalable no code/low code solutions, and embedding AI enabled ways of working that generate measurable productivity and efficiency gains. This role will act as primary interface to the Site Leadership Team and global DDIT/DSAI stakeholders.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:  

  • AI Adoption & Value Delivery: Own the AI / Agentic roadmap for the site, drive end to end adoption of Agentic & AI capabilities across site and global Processes, embedding AI enabled ways of working into daily operations to deliver measurable productivity gains; Lead bottom up use case identification, prioritize high value opportunities with site leadership, and oversee delivery, scaling, and sustained adoption of Agentic & AI solutions; Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable productivity, efficiency, and/or FTE impact, tracked against a multi‑year roadmap.
  • AI Fluency, Community & Change: Drive AI adoption and upskilling and building AI fluency across the entire site, IT/OT and business teams, establish and lead Agentic/AI champions, and enable hands on development of no code / low code agentic solutions; Lead change management and cultural adoption, ensuring employees embrace AI as an augmentation tool and actively use Agentic & AI solutions in their daily work; Establish and lead a network of Site AI / Agentic Champions.
  • Platforms, Solutions & Enablement: Build and deploy agentic solutions using no‑code / low‑code platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Copilot Studio), including prompts, workflows, and basic integrations; Drive adoption of globally available Agentic & AI platforms, while continuously feeding site requirements, gaps, and enhancement opportunities into global product backlogs; Apply reusable agentic patterns, orchestration concepts, and scalable solution designs suitable for operational environments.
  • Data, Governance & Partnerships: Partner with Global DDIT Ops and DSAI teams to ensure data, platform, integration, and security readiness, and to enable data self service capabilities for sites; Enable data self‑service capabilities at site level while respecting data quality, access, and governance standards. Establish clear governance, benefits tracking, and reporting, including productivity and FTE impact, and maintain a forward looking multi year Agentic & AI roadmap.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data, analytics, digital, or AI‑enabled roles with a strong applied/business focus
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) and enterprise AI assistants.
  • Experience in AI and GenAI, no-code / low-code solution design, data literacy & data visualisation, AI value realisation and benefits tracking.
  • Proven ability to build agentic solutions using no code / low code platforms (e.g. Power Platform, Copilot Studio), including prompts, workflows, and basic integrations.
  • Practical understanding of Agentic AI concepts, orchestration, reusable solution patterns, and scaling agents in operational environments.
  • Data fundamentals: ability to consume, combine, and interpret data from enterprise systems (e.g. MES, ERP, LIMS); basic understanding of data quality, access, and governance.
  • Basic data science & analytics skills, including KPI definition, descriptive analysis, and interpretation of AI outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, strong curiosity, good collaboration skills, passion for AI and guiding people in learning and upskilling in this field

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes would be an advantage

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum gross salary is € 65.605,54/year (on a full-time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
