Japan Program Manager (Development)

Key Responsibilities｜主な職務内容

• Drive end‑to‑end project and program management for assigned initiatives in Japan.
  日本における担当プロジェクト全体のマネジメントを一貫してリードする。
• Translate program strategy into integrated development plans aligned with target product profiles.
  開発戦略を、ターゲットプロダクトプロファイルに沿った実行可能な開発計画へと落とし込む。
• Align Japan project plans with global development plans through close partnership with global teams.
  グローバルチームと連携し、日本の計画をグローバル開発計画と整合させる。
• Provide high‑quality project information for reporting, portfolio assessment, and strategic reviews.
  レポートやポートフォリオ評価向けに、正確かつ高品質なプロジェクト情報を提供する。
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of key deliverables, including meeting minutes and strategic documents.
  議事録や戦略資料など、主要な成果物の正確性と一貫性を確保する。
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive proactive mitigation planning within project teams.
  プロジェクトの進捗・リスクを把握し、リスク低減策を主体的に推進する。
• Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration and support high‑performing project team environments.
  部門横断的な協働を促し、高い成果を生むチーム環境を支える。

Essential Requirements｜必須要件

• Bachelor’s degree in a life‑science field; Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred.
  生命科学系の学士号必須、修士号または博士号があれば尚可。
• Fluency in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
  日本語・英語ともに流暢で、優れたコミュニケーション能力を有する。
• Over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in R&D or commercialization.
  製薬業界で5年以上の経験（研究開発または製品上市関連の経験が望ましい）。
• Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle including clinical, regulatory, and post‑launch phases.
  研究から市販後安全管理までを含む医薬品開発プロセスへの深い理解。
• Experience working in international, cross‑functional development teams, ideally within project management.
  国際的かつ多職種で構成される開発チームでの実務経験（プロジェクトマネジメント経験尚可）。
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem‑solving capabilities suited for complex environments.
  複雑な環境下で発揮できるリーダーシップ、協働性、問題解決能力。
