■主な職務内容
- SjD領域における優先150アカウントの評価（患者分布含む）
- 医師ネットワークおよび地域エコシステムの可視化
- 患者ジャーニーおよび診療フローの特定と改善機会の抽出
- 地域アドバイザリーボードの実行支援およびインサイト創出
■本ポジションの意義・成長機会
本Healthcare Partnership Managerポジションは、ノンプロモーショナル機能かつ地域エコシステム構築を担う中核的な役割です。上市前から市場理解をリードし、将来的なビジネス成功基盤の構築に貢献いただきます。また、本ロールは将来のラインマネージャー（District Manager）へのステップアップのためのポジションであり、次世代リーダー育成を目的とした戦略的育成ポジションと位置付けており、上市後には一部メンバーのDistrict Managerへの登用を想定しています。
■想定される候補者像
- 各営業部におかれまして、将来の営業マネージャー候補（サクセッションプラン対象者）
- 新薬ローンチにおける戦略・アカウント視点の強化が望まれる人材
