Summer Student - Marketing Immunology

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread (English & French) marketing and commercial materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the commercial team as needed
• Coordinate marketing projects according to established timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables
• Support the establishment and maintenance of governance processes for Immunology ways of working
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., marketing, medical, regulatory, operations) to support launch readiness and/or product lifecycle

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, life sciences, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools, document management systems, and databases, proficient in Microsoft Office
