About the Role
具体工作内容：
- 医保准入业务：按公司准入策略，实施准入行动方案，建立与医保政策利益相关方信息交流合作渠道，推动实现最佳的医保准入和支付政策环境目标。一是协助中央团队完成公司策略产品医保准入。二是推动区域内医保落地，帮助策略产品达到最优待遇政策，优化支付流程。三是处理应对医保准入及支付中的障碍，帮助其他团队理解支付政策。四是最大化市级惠民保列名等产品准入机会。
- 卫生药监事务：掌握和理解卫生药监政策动态和进展，争取医改医政药政环境优化。跟进当地药品监管相关政策。
- 项目及跨部门合作：执行当地准入项目，与内外部合作伙伴合作推动政策优化。与区域内的政府相关部门及专家建立良好工作关系，对区域内政策进行分析，为区域内业务策略的制定和执行提供依据，为跨部门团队定期政策更新与解读。
关键能力要求：
- 良好的市场准入专业能力，良好的政策敏感性和洞察力；
- 良好项目管理和跨部门合作经验；
- 良好的沟通能力，主动积极，善于思考，抗压能力强
相关工作经验要求：
- 熟悉医药行业准入政策
- MNC制药企业区域准入3年以上工作经验优先
教育背景：
- 本科及以上学历，医学和药学或相关专业优先
