About the Role
Location: Hyderabad #Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the data integration team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop integration plan and roadmap.
- Explicitly reference MDM strategy and Snowflake‑based ecosystems in requirements
- Emphasize architectural (Medallion architecture & Snowflake experience) understanding and platform‑level integration experience
- Retain leadership and influence expectations (this is not a purely technical role)
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and data governance policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and recommend improvements.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts: data mastering, golden records, survivorship rules, hierarchies, downstream integrations
- Solid technical grounding in Snowflake: data modeling and platform‑level integration patterns
- Experience integrating MDM platforms with Snowflake‑centric data ecosystems
- Ability to translate MDM strategy into business‑level outcomes, not just tooling discussions
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on leadership and enablement.
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, API, middleware).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data management tools and software.
Desirable Requirement:
- 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting.
- 5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and aligning them with business priorities to drive impactful results
