Souhrn

The Associate Director, Business Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, leveraging data analysis to challenge and improve global business processes, products, services, and software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global business leaders and engage the appropriate DDIT teams and cross-functional partners to define requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance efficiency and create measurable value across the organization.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

  • Lead elicitation, documentation, and management of business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process deep dives.
  • Translate needs into user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals for alignment, feasibility, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with vendors on design, refinement, and sprints.
  • Support backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
  • Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and process harmonization.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and documentation standards.


Experience:

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis in Pharma/Life Sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Ops, CTMS, eTMF, SSU, Site Connect.
  • Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Suite preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiar with Agile, DevOps, integration patterns, and PLM.
  • Understanding of validation, GxP, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in English (written & oral).
