As an MSL, you’ll bring science to life through purposeful conversations, co‑creation, and collaboration—ensuring patients gain access to innovative treatments that can truly change their journey. About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and map external stakeholders across therapeutic areas to strengthen scientific engagement beyond healthcare professionals.
  • Build personalized, multi‑channel engagement plans tailored to evolving stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Gather, interpret and share meaningful medical insights to guide strategic decision‑making.
  • Support clinical development projects by identifying evidence gaps and real‑world data opportunities.
  • Drive disease awareness by delivering timely, relevant scientific evidence to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Champion omnichannel and digital approaches to enhance medical engagement impact.
  • Translate insights into actionable contributions for Patient Journey work, evidence planning and product strategy.
  • Facilitate medical training for cross‑functional teams as backup to the Medical Advisor.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in medical, pharmaceutical, biological or life sciences (MD, MSc, PhD or Postdoctoral studies).
  • Proficiency in Romanian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum six months’ experience within a healthcare institution, health authority, healthcare non‑governmental organization or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong ability to communicate scientific information clearly and confidently.
  • Proven capability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to interpret scientific data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and omnichannel engagement approaches.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage reporting, compliance and administrative responsibilities.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison in oncology, nuclear medicine or radioligand therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of the Romanian healthcare ecosystem and established relationships with external stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
