Summary
This position is to drive the commercial performance excellence of the company through design, development and implementation of excellent business applications focused on customer facing strategy and operations.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved)
- Working with global and local team to ensure smooth country deployment of global applications.
- Drive Sales flow implementation across the field force. Facilitate communication and training to internal customers.
- Design, build and promote BI platform. Drive data strategy and utilization cross the company to support business growth.
- Sales Flow related business analysis
Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
- Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and qualitative information to non-technical people through interpersonal, and written channels.
- Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing and challenging environment.
- Strong business sensitivity and with adequate IT application knowledge.
Education: University degree
Languages: Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
Experience:
- Solid experience with Sales Flow, business intelligence and other business applications.
- Solid understanding of data management, process and applications eco-system.
- Solid experience in sales operation and SFE.
- Training experience preferred.
