Key Responsibilities
- 全体の進捗に沿って、サイトにおける技術移管をリード
- 技術移管および実装フェーズにおけるManufacturing Science and Technologyの単一窓口として対応
- 技術、プロセス、製品の円滑な移管を実現するため、部門横断チームを統括
- 製造プロセスが重要品質特性を安定的に満たすよう、cGMP基準のもとで管理
- 変更管理、バリデーション準備、技術文書の整備を通じて移管プロセスを推進
- プロセス最適化や継続的改善を通じ、製造エクセレンスの向上に貢献
Essential Requirements
- 学歴不問
- 製薬業界における製造技術、技術移管、またはテクニカルオペレーションの実務経験
- 医薬品の適正製造規範および規制当局査察に関する知識
- サイトレベルでの技術プロジェクトを部門横断でリードした経験
- 技術部門、品質部門、サプライ部門と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力
