About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Prototyping
- Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive user flows and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
Essential Requirement:
- Partner with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using clear rationale and data.
- Contribute to product and design strategy at the feature and roadmap level.
Desirable Requirement:
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Monitor product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
