Iščemo znanstvene svetovalce v timu Bioanalitika, ki bo v okviru Analitskih Operacij SI, TRD Mengeš v GMP okolju omogočal sproščanje končnih izdelkov za fazo kliničnega preizkušanja.
We are looking for a Senior Expert Science & Technology in Bioanalytics team, who will enable release of our products for clinical phase studies within Analytical Operations SI, TRD Mengeš.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Aktivno sodelovanje pri vzpostavitvi novega bioanalitskega tima ter uvedba ključnih znanj ter procesov, skladno z bioanalitsko strategijo.
- Visoka raven integritete in proaktivno sodelovanje znotraj lokalnih in globalnih timov.
- Poznavanje področja mehanizmom delovanja terapevtskih proteinov.
- Implementacija in validacija različnih bioanalitskih metod v GMP okolju, zagotavljanje testiranja za namen sproščanja in stabilnosti skladno s projektnimi časovnicami.
- Mentorstvo laboratorijskim sodelavcem v okviru implementacije metod.
- Priprava registracijske dokumentacije za različne trge.
- Zagotavljanje skladnosti s standardi kakovosti (GMP), standardi varnosti (HSE) in drugimi standardi podjetja Novartis.
Zaželene izkušnje:
- Doktorat (ali magisterij) ustrezne naravoslovne smeri z odličnim znanjem na področju celične biologije, biokemije in razvoja.
- Najmanj 2 leti izkušenj na primerljivem delovnem mestu.
- Odlične komunikacijske, timske in vodstvene sposobnosti.
- Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika.
Zaželene zahteve:
- Poznavanje GxP okolja – predvsem so zaželjene izkušnje z reševanjem odstopov.
- Projektno vodenje in obvladovanje sprememb.
- Izkušnje z delom na sesalskih celičnih linijah.
Zaželjene so tudi izkušnje z različnimi PCR instrumenti ter poznavanje HCP, ProtA ELISA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active contribution to build up and ramp up of a new bioanalytical team, implementing key expertise and processes according to bioanalytical strategy.
- High level of integrity and proactive collaboration within local and global teams.
- Understanding mechanism of action of therapeutic proteins.
- Implementation and validation of various bioanalytical methods in a GMP environment, assuring testing for release and stability purposes in accordance with project timelines.
- Mentoring laboratory colleagues on method implementation.
- Preparation of registration documentation for various markets.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards (GMP), safety standards (HSE), and other Novartis standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Doctoral (or masters) degree in the relevant natural science with excellent knowledge in cell biology, biochemistry and development.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a comparable position.
- Excellent communication, team and leadership skills.
- Functional knowledge of English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of GxP would be highly desirable – especially deviation and OOS handling.
- Project management and change management skills.
- Experience working on mammalian cell lines.
Familiarity with with different PCR systems and analytical workflows, as well as experience with HCP and Protein A (ProtA) ELISA assays, would be considered an advantage.

Po zaposlitvi v Novartisu se plača periodično pregleda v skladu z internimi akti in postopki.
Poleg osnovne plače ste lahko upravičeni tudi do kratkoročnega bonusa, ki je odvisen od določenih meril uspešnosti.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 46,550.00 - 86,450.00 EUR
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
