As a Manager Global Management Reporting, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven planning, reporting, and analytics by leading the development and optimization of finance reporting and performance management solutions. Working at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, you will partner with global stakeholders to deliver innovative reporting capabilities, enhance data quality, and ensure reliable insights that support strategic decision-making. About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of global management reporting and performance management solutions.
- Deliver scalable planning, reporting, dashboarding, and analytics capabilities that support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of finance reporting systems and related data platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Data, and Information Technology teams to implement reporting and process enhancements.
- Oversee master data governance and ensure high-quality data across countries, processes, and systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and reporting processes through robust system solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and operational excellence across reporting and analytics environments.
Essential Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in application development, analytics platforms, or enterprise systems support.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP Business Warehouse, and SAP HANA.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Fluent English with strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 91.000 CHF - 169.000 CHF
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
