Podsumowanie

It’s a senior role in the local monitoring team, supporting all Novartis business divisions and functions in mainland China. You will deliver multiple monitoring and auditing programs, over-sight partner’s work for outsourced tasks. Find opportunities to streamline existing processes, enhance compliance awareness and governance from both individual monitoring program results and insights driven by data analytics to massive business transactions.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

  • Understand commercial activities and hold an up to date view of internal and external risk
  • Accumulate business knowledge and expertise to help inform view of risk and develop a variety of monitoring framework with supervision.
  • Deliver monitoring and auditing programs as assigned and oversight partners for out-sourced tasks;
  • Streamline the existing monitoring programs and progresses;
  • Acquire solid data analytical skills, driving messages from massive results of various monitoring programs, aiming to enhance controls, processes and compliance awareness;
  • Demonstrate strong project management for complicated projects involving multiple func-tions and partners.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High level of personal integrity, independence, tenacity and resilience;
  • More than 6 years in a compliance / audit role in another global Pharma organization (Preferred) in China with a Big Four accounting firm experience;
  • Experience of leading or oversight of compliance review for external stakeholder interaction related expenses claims is a plus;
  • Strong investigative, analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Strong sense of professional curiosity and a keen attention to details;
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor even when confronted with stressful and/or potentially adversarial  situations;
  • An excellent communicator with strong influencing skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams;
  • Demonstrated flexibility, willingness to initiate and take on new tasks and ability to effectively operate within a fast paced environment;
  • Advanced proficiency with relevant software (Microsoft Office, Power Point and etc.);
  • Limited domestic travel required.
