Summary
The Community Health unit strives to improve access, health equity and patient outcomes in a sustainable way in countries around the world. The focus of the unit is to reach underserved patient populations whose needs are not addressed through traditional healthcare delivery models.
The Community Health Lead develops and executes innovative Community Health models that address system-level barriers to care, improve access to quality healthcare and drive better health outcomes in underserved populations. The role translates complex healthcare challenges into practical, scalable and sustainable solutions, moving seamlessly from strategy to implementation.
