Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Analyze and draft the patient journey across different phases of symptom recognition, referral, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up to be mapped for each priority institution.
- Understand the disease area, having an in-depth understanding of healthcare systems, and internal and external partner requirements to take the lead in establishing a strategic road map.
- Gather and analyze medical information to generate evidence for efficient patient care and timely access to RWE (Real World Evidence) to optimize speed to market and access.
- Advise and support launch planning to address scientific, clinical, and patient needs.
- Build training programs to support medics with their capabilities in launch planning, strategy, crafting a winning medical affairs launch plan, project management, and even AI, data and analytics.
- Drive highly customized, coordinated patient-support services to reach the right treatment center and optimize outcomes.
- Reflect emerging new data, changing treatment paradigms, and shifting market forces.
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in life science, physician (MD)
• 5+ years’ experience in strategic medical affairs roles
• Expertise on launch excellence
• Strategic mindset, strong analytical and data management skills
• Availability to do up to 60% of field work
• Proficient in English & Spanish
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Strong verbal and written communication
