About the Role
Location: Mexico City #Hybrid
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The Institutional Collection Leader is responsible for managing the account receivables of the Government’s Institutions of both, Federal and State levels by building and maintaining a strong relationship with the payers.
- Drives the fast resolution of internal issues that threaten the opportune collection Develops a complete understanding procedures Anticipates to any Government's Healthcare system changes that impact its procurement system Serves as an official go-between for senior officials, of both Novartis, for any Collection subject with the Government.
- Is the lead point of contact for all collection matters concerning to the Government's Institutions, leads the activities of the Collection Agency to ensure effective collection and important metrics accomplishment; leads all aspects of the regular reconciliation of the accounts with the Institutions and gives follow-up to any misstatement or difference driving the fastest resolution.
- Is the liaison with the Institutional KAMs and Legal Department to get opportunely contracts, addendum and whichever document required to facilitate the collection.
- As part of O2C Novartis Global Service Center (NGSC), will be working alongside O2C team, but also with up-streams and down-streams process owners to drive process improvement.
Role Requirements :
- University degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance. Chartered Accountant
- 4-5 years’ previous work experience as key account management, or relevant experience in Collection at the Pharmaceutical sector
- Proven Knowledge and experience of dealing with government sector
- In-depth understanding of Government’s supply system (IMSS, ISSSTE, etc.)
- Bilingual - Advanced level of English
