About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents processes and procedures, and advises on ways to be more efficient.
- Contribute to creation of new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.
- Contribute to creation of detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations.
- Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility.
- Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions.
- Develop estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.).
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products.
- Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and support super user training.
- Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
Essential Requirements:
- University diploma in Finance, IT, Business or other related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and good understanding of the overall business and its operations or other relevant experience.
- Experience in manufacturing IT/OT and ERP system integration
- Proven ability to lead functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Demonstrated success in coordinating multi-site system rollouts
Desirable Requirements:
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Operational Technology (OT) platforms
- Experience working in a regulated or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
