Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer requirements in line with agreed service levels, using a structured project management approach with clear documentation and proactive communication.
- Ensure quality assurance across deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Drive on-time delivery within stipulated deadlines while managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to strengthen operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports; contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing sessions.
- Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt, in line with internal processes.
- Support distribution of marketing samples where applicable and compliant.
Essential requirements
- Experience in project management and operational execution, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry (or similarly regulated environment).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail and quality mindset.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing insight topics such as campaign measurement, marketing communications, or strategic marketing support.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
