In this position you would work on managing tool operations for some of our digital finance analytics tools. The job will require experience in business operations, related skills and/or practical experience in basic Finance data analytics/ financial planning or reporting tools. You will closely work with end users, finance leaders, product managers and technical operations teams to deliver robust solutions and operational excellence.

About the Role

Key Requirements

  • Act as first level support for our users across the globe, delivering best-in-class solutions and ensuring business continuance across our various platforms.
  • Cross functional collaboration - translate business challenges and address them with our IT partners (acting as a bridge between stakeholders and IT Operation team).
  • Work with technical teams to ensure robust daily operations; handle multiple processes and activities in parallel (including User Access Management and Data Quality checks).
  • Drive process excellence initiatives ensuring our recurring process are optimal, while keeping a user-centric mindset. Identify the scope of process improvement and automation to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Interact regularly with various business stakeholders, where having clear and effective communication is key. Identify tool training requirements and support on the same including related material and user guides.
  • Work closely with product managers to facilitate new solutions and features by supporting data analysis, setting up standard processes and documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • 7+ years of work experience overall including at least 5 years in business operations, related skills and/or practical experience on basic finance data analytics and financial planning or reporting tools.
  • Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance or FinTech related field.
  • Superior communication skills, experience to communicate with business leaders across all organization levels.
  • Experience of working on business system analysis, process automations; data simplification using advanced tools.
