About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage business data and metadata requirements across GCS and TRD domains.
- Enable FAIRification by identifying data assets and source systems for onboarding.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain data definitions, specifications, and reference data.
- Capture and manage metadata, including data lineage and documentation.
- Establish and enforce data quality rules, standards, and governance practices.
- Monitor, analyse, and resolve data quality issues while driving continuous improvement.
- Support testing, data validation, and evaluation of data quality metrics and dashboards.
- Drive data strategy and governance by collaborating with IT, MDM, and business stakeholders to implement quality, cleansing, and stewardship frameworks.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ Years hands on Data Governance Experience across Data Quality, Master Data Management & Metadata Management
- Ability to drive Data Governance frameworks and adoption with global stakeholders
- Experience with Data Governance Tool Stack such as Collibra, Atacama or similar
Desirable Requirements:
- Exposure to Gen AI Solutioning
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JSON etc…
