Odgovornost za izvajanje aktivnosti na področju kadrovske administracije z namenom zagotavljanja kakovostne, časovno ustrezne ter učinkovite obravnave zahtevkov strank v skladu z zakonodajo, internimi predpisi, dobrimi praksami in poslovnimi cilji. Odgovornost za zagotavljanje storitev kadrovske administracije zaposlenim, vodjem, kadrovskim managerjem ter ostalim strokovnim službam na področju Kadrov.

Responsibility for the conduct of HR administration activities to ensure quality, timely and efficient management of customer requests in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives. Responsibility for providing services for employees, managers and HR community in Slovenia in local processes.
This role is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia or in Prague, Czech. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Delovanje kot strokovnjak za kadrovsko administracijo, zunanje sodelavce, upravljanje časa in prisotnosti ter druge lokalno specifične procese.
- Zagotavljanje skladnosti na področju kadrovske administracije, vzdrževanje kadrovskih podatkov ter skrb za dokumentacijo in podatke v skladu z internimi predpisi, standardi in zakonodajo, s posebnim poudarkom na podatkih vzdrževanju personalnih map (papirne in elektronske).
- Usmerjanje in delovanje kot druga referenčna točka za skupino uporabnikov kadrovskih aplikacij za kadrovske procese in vprašanja v zvezi s sistemi.
- Zagotavljanje skladnosti na področju varstva osebnih podatkov in drugo ustrezno zakonodajo.
- Pripravljanje različnih enostavnih poročil in analiz ter izvajanje kontrol v okviru pristojnosti.
- Upravljanje s sistemi SAP, Workday, Microsoft Office, različnimi vladnimi portali in drugo.
- Druge naloge po navodilu nadrejenega in naloge na podlagi posebnega imenovanja.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe kadrovsko menedžerske ali druge ustrezne smeri.
- Aktivno znanje slovenskega in angleškega jezika.
- Poznavanje orodja Microsoft Office.
- 3 leta delovnih izkušenj na kadrovskem področju.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za določen čas s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev. Prijavo oddajte z življenjepisom v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as an expert for HR administration, external associates, time and attendance management, and other local specific processes.
- Ensuring compliance with HR administration, maintenance of HR data, and handling of documents and data in accordance with internal regulations, standards and the law, with special focus on personal data and maintenance of personal files (hard-copy and electronic).
- Guiding and acting as the second reference point for HR Process Specialist team members for HR processes and other issues.
- Ensuring compliance in the field of Data Privacy and other relevant legislation.
- Generation of various simple reports and analyses and performing controls in scope.
- Management of the SAP system, Workday, Microsoft Office, and various governmental portals and other.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in HR management or other equivalent degrees.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English language.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- 3 years of experience in HR management.
