Summary

Acts as the business representative for Lean Digital Core (S/4HANA) implementation, leading the delivery of medium to large-scale projects, managing stakeholders and project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, risk management, and successful release deployment, while enabling a smooth transition into operations.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of LDC project (S4/Hana) from initiation through deployment and transition to operations.
  • Establish project governance and manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed business outcomes and quality standards.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, statements of work, procurement, and change requests.
  • Drive effective resource planning and utilization while applying standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide transparent project reporting, maintaining accurate status updates, documentation, KPIs, and executive-level communications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, DDIT functions, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, regulatory, HSE, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Total 9+ year of exp with proven experience managing large-scale IT, ERP, digital transformation, or SAP/LDC projects in complex global environments.
  • Strong project management expertise, including scope, risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing project budgets, financial governance, procurement processes, and vendor contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and matrix teams, influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements within enterprise technology project delivery.
