Medical Scientific Liaison

Major Accountabilities

• Communicating with Medical Professionals (ME) to exchange medical/scientific information.
• Ensure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs/Key Accounts, including identification of opportunities to include MEs when a specific medical need is identified to provide support
• Develop and execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and engage MEs aligned with country strategy.
• Responding to unsolicited requests for information from MEs
• To support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize the execution of studies, and provide scientific training support to potential and real study centers in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Facilitating Investigator-Initiated Study (IIT) at investigator request
• Reporting of technical complaints/adverse events/exception scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
