Our ethical principles support each of us to make good decisions. They are underpinned by a simple set of questions we should ask ourselves as we go through our own decision-making processes. The questions are designed to challenge thinking and ways of working and to help us be open-minded, honest, bold, and accountable in everything we do at Novartis.
To help us apply our ethical principles in situations that require deeper reflection, we have developed an Ethical Decision-Making Framework tool that can guide us toward the right choice and enable us to continue to do what is right.
