Independently work on advanced analytical solutions for various projects related to quantification of patient journey
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to extract insights from complex APLD data sets and identify patterns and trends
Appropriate documentation and communication throughout project delivery cycle
Comply to all Novartis operating procedures as per legal/IT/HR requirements
About the Role
What you’ll bring to the role?
- Education and Experience
- Postgraduate (or Graduate from a top-tier university) in quantitative discipline, technology, life sciences, or management.
- Prior experience in the pharma industry or pharma consulting is a plus
- Technical
- Experience with SQL, Python & MS Excel
- Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI is advantageous.
- Soft Skills
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Quantitative background and analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach
- Languages - Fluency in English
