Working across global teams, you will own the product vision and roadmap for critical integrations, ensuring seamless data flow, simplified system landscapes, and exceptional user experiences. About the Role

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM integrations from strategy and design through deployment and retirement. 
  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and technology objectives. 
  • Own and prioritize the integrations backlog to maximize business value and customer impact. 
  • Partner with Business Product Owners to define user stories focused on integration and data outcomes. 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions across complex technology landscapes. 
  • Design and validate end-to-end data flows between CRM and external enterprise systems. 
  • Drive simplification of system architecture by reducing unnecessary integrations and technical complexity. 
  • Promote standardized, reusable integration patterns that support scalability and long-term sustainability. 
  • Guide Agile Scrum teams by clarifying requirements and managing cross-functional dependencies. 
  • Enable product adoption and value realization through stakeholder engagement, demonstrations, and continuous improvement. 

Essential Requirements 

  • Proven experience in product management within customer relationship management or enterprise technology environments. 
  • Strong understanding of data integration, system architecture, and end-to-end data flow design. 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. 
  • Deep knowledge of customer relationship management processes, workflows, and data models. 
  • Experience working in Agile environments with Scrum teams and product backlog ownership. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and technology teams. 

Desirable Requirements 

  • Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce within regulated industries. 
  • Understanding of enterprise integration technologies, including application programming interfaces and middleware platforms.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 

Location / Annual Base Salary Range 

Barcelona : 57,900.00 - 107,500.00 EUR Annual 

The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
