Summary
• Beyond introducing the LDC Deployment Approach -- a common way of planning, executing and tracking Business-related project activities and deliverables – this responsibility includes partnering with LDC Operations Country Leads across all project phases.
• The LDC Adopt Operations Manager works closely next to the Operations Adopt team, with Release managers, Core, Core & Adopt Enablement to ensure a consistent way of enabling local country/site adoption across the world.
• The role reports directly to LDC Adopt Leadership and is 1st level of program support/escalation for LDC Country teams.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Country LDC Journey – with Country Operations Lead, securing country resources, and managing completion of all country activities related to LDC adoption.
- Ensure overall Go Live readiness reporting/management of Country/Site
- Supports and secures country readiness per milestone inc. signoff of scope, solution acceptance, implementation activities and overall go-live readiness and hypercare country activities in country.
- Ensures all release delivery milestones and toll gates in country are met
- Works with Country Leads to socialize / identify and secure country team roles (and backfills) and other resources for the respective countries over the complete Release Delivery Lifecycle
- Works with Change/Learning/Comms teams and Operations OCM on the role/OCM impacts, country change impact assessment, and implementation of associated action plans, tracking to ensure readiness
Essential Requirement
- International, x-functional project management experience; able to navigate and thrive in high complexity & global matrix organizations.
- Experienced in building and leading large virtual teams, role modeling NVS V&B
- 12+ years in country & global roles, ideally with ERP project implementation experience
- Leadership skills to communicate, collaborate, influence & drive change with stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with broad understanding of business processes, models & archetypes
- Both strategic and hands on (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues & risks, etc.)
Desirable Requirement
- Bachelor's or master's degrees in concerned business areas.
