Summary

We are currently looking for a right fit for Territory Market Access Manager who will be responsible for execution of year sales plan for a bigger territory (1/4 of Russia).

About the Role

Location: Moscow, Russia
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
• Analyse existing regional programs (timelines, goals, targets, decision makers), explore region possibilities to implement new programs
• Define main directions of regional market access strategy of the company by synchronizing them with the strategy of healthcare development in the regions of the Russian Federation
• Analyse the competitor’s activities to participate in the existing and development of new programs
• On the basis of the analysis develop proposals for the integration into existing programs or implementation of new subprograms for patient`s unmet needs (change of obligatory medical insurance rates, risk-sharing, cost-sharing models) 
• Consolidate creation / adaptation of local feasibilities (dossier, HTA) for the successful launch of new programs, the inclusion of drugs into existing programs and benefits, support for regional applications and tenders within respective region 
• Organize regular trainings for regional BFs teams, including partners on the principles of collaboration with regional authorities, Pharmacoeconomic, compiling dossiers and their protection for including in the regional reimbursement list, evidence-based medicine, regularly informing about legislative changes at the federal, regional and territorial levels, new possibilities of territorial government programs, public initiative.
What you’ll bring to the role:
 
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Healthcare sector
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience 
• Local language of Country, English is a plus
• Higher Education: medical, pharmaceutical, biological is preferable 
• Knowledge of pharmaco-economics, economics, experience in state healthcare programs execution.
