We are looking for experienced Supply Chain professionals to help us reach our ambitious goals.

The Planning and Logistics Manager is responsible for detailed scheduling of resources to meet production requirements for therapeutic commercial products and clinical studies in the Millburn Site. The P&L Manager ensures that customer orders are processed to plan production and carried out with precision to make sure the customer receives their products on time.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create Supply Plans at site level which incorporate Production plan and Logistic plan & ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in 3Agest System.
• Manage the productions and shipments ensuring that product is produced, shipped & released on time.
• Enables high “Service-to-Patient” ensuring up to date information with customers regarding delivery promises and inventory levels
• Assess the impact of production plan on the budget operation costs.
• Ensure direct communication with Customers / Customer Service / next point of supply chain, plant internal and -external stakeholders & partners regarding internal changes.
• Represent the point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates & escalating changes related to supply.
• Optimize local planning processes such as excess doses, throughput time and waiting times of sources
• Own and manage the planning parameters in planning system
• Responsible for organizing and follow up of logistic flows (including labelling) of final products to customer (freight out)
• Making sure all logistics operations comply to DGR, DOT and IATA standards

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Nuclear Medicine Technology or related.

Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in relevant planning and logistics role
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand
• Problem solving ability in cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP).
• Highly organized with strong orientation process / project management orientation
• Knowledge of current Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity principles in a cGMP setting.

Preferred requirements:
MBA
APICS Certification
Radio Ligand Therapy experience

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $112,800 and $169,200 year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/24 through 12/31/24, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
