With the opening of the new extension—one of the most modern school buildings in Slovenia—students now have access to spaces that offer excellent conditions for learning, creativity, and social interaction. The donation from Novartis Slovenia was used to equip the new chemistry classroom, providing students with better conditions for acquiring knowledge while also encouraging curiosity and creativity—key elements for future scientific breakthroughs. Such investments connect education with the development of the local economy and contribute to shaping future professionals who will co-create the advancement of science and society.

“The new facilities are a significant asset for the school and the wider community, as they open doors for students to gain knowledge and explore in a state-of-the-art environment. Sincere thanks to Novartis Slovenia for the donation, which we used to equip classrooms for science subjects. The donation is a great example of successful collaboration between industry and educational institutions and an important step for the further development of the municipality,” said Sašo Božič, Principal of Primary School Mengeš.
