Location: Denmark, Hybrid The Digital Operations Specialist (DOS) is responsible for driving and improving best in class Omnichannel Customer Engagement tactics through experienced mastery of key Omnichannel tools and platforms. DOS delivers meaningful omnichannel customer engagement experiences to achieve portfolio growth and competitive differentiation, in close collaboration with in- country cross-functional business teams and especially the local Omnichannel Engagement Managers (OEM). Digital Operations Specialist is a crucial conduit across the organization to develop, implement and roll-out scalable and repeatable Customer experiences backed by well thought-out processes and the appropriate digital platforms.

About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • In-country, go-to-person for omnichannel platforms and digital channels; Works with Omnichannel Engagement Managers during local brand tactical planning to ensure seamless technical delivery of our OCE/NGE strategy and local customer needs.
  • Identifies alignments with other in-country teams and the Nordic Digital Team; Supports Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams in ensuring the different omnichannel platforms are well understood and work as intended;
  • Enables and activates local platforms and tools in alignment with Nordic Digital Team’s guidance. Provides local support in securing compliance for digital platforms.
  • Secure and support maintenance of local digital assets (HCP portal, patient awareness websites and corporate websites, newsletters, social media, analytics, video production and more). Leads the local governance of the HCP portal. Helps with the update and maintenance of the local corporate website.
  • Supports organizational digital capability building and effective use of resources by active participation in the local country setting. Supports and enables digital analytics tool implementation. Helps with the governance of social media channels and training, contact to Global IT.
  • Local super user for external Newsletters platforms (e.g. Apsis newsletter & subscription form creation, minor image or video editing and mailing list management, marketing automation flow creation, analytics, etc). Technical enablement of RTE/MTE’s, e.g., upload into OnCore through Vault, testing of messages, etc.
  • Owns the local Medhub platform: update, maintain, ensure compliance, and develop the site, minor text, image or video editing, new feature build and testing, content migration support, etc.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors’ degree in business, digital marketing, software, Multi Media Design or equivalent.
  • Proficient Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of Digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with technical updates, troubleshooting, and collaborate with technical partners.
  • Good understanding of digital trends, technology, and products.
  • Solution-oriented, problem-solving approach to complex challenges.
  • Effective at navigating through matrix team environments.
  • Good with people, patient, and skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical people.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Technical background - coding.
  • Experience in marketing automation.
